Joy said he thinks the Oversight Committee should do its job, which is oversight and government reform, and if someone must come in to testify, to call in deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to find out what is happening at the Department of Justice.

As well as name-calling, describing his former boss as, among other things, a "conman", a "cheat" and a "racist", Michael Cohen make a number of specific claims about Donald Trump.

Cohen showed up in the Capitol Wednesday just as Trump touched down.

Cohen provided a lot of new insight into Trump's involvement in hush money payments, his taxes, his business and his 2016 campaign.

Cohen also asserted that federal prosecutors in NY are investigating other possible illegal activities involving the president.

"The Southern District in NY is the investigation that he needs to be the most concerned about", Mr Christie said.

He said Trump did not ask him directly to lie to Congress, specifying that's not the president's style.

Cohen has pleaded guilty to nine felonies, including tax evasion and campaign finance violations. That matched Trump's campaign-trail insistence that he had no pending business with or commercial ties to Russian Federation.

Measles Outbreak Not Impacting Kansas
There is a number of individuals who are not open to the messages that we have to say because they're very set in their ways. Parents care for their children, mostly infants, being treated for measles at the Pediatric Ward of the San Lazaro Hospital.

Jay Sekulow, counsel to President Trump, said in a statement after the hearing: "Today's testimony by Michael Cohen that attorneys for the president edited or changed his statement to Congress to alter the duration of the Trump Tower Moscow negotiations is completely false".

Democratic House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff said in a tweet that on Thursday he planned to dig into the Trump Moscow project, the revelations about WikiLeaks and any White House role in Cohen's prior false statements.

Cohen's lawyer, Lanny Davis, said Cohen told the truth on Wednesday.

"He doesn't give you questions, he doesn't give you orders", Cohen said. "And yet I continued to work for him".

Cohen has already met seven times with Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller's prosecutors as part of the investigation into possible coordination between the Trump campaign and Russian Federation in the 2016 election. But he does have "suspicions" about it.

Cohen said Stone told Trump he had been speaking with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, who told him there would be a dump of emails within a couple of days that would damage Clinton's campaign. Cohen has admitted lying about the project, which he says Trump knew about as Cohen was negotiating with Russian Federation during the campaign.

It's not immediately clear what evidence Cohen has to support the allegation or how legally problematic this claim might be for Trump. The president admitted he watched some of Cohen's testimony and got briefed on other parts.

There is potentially another Trump Organization associate, described as executive no. 2, who was forwarded the Cohen invoice, according to prosecutors who handled the Cohen case in NY. Weisselberg and Donald Trump Jr. signed at least one other.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan: We're going to fight until the end
He put in more crosses in open play than anyone else (5), and likewise made more key passes (3) than any of his team-mates. Emery said: 'We have a lot of matches and it's important to have big performances like this'.

"I wonder why he didn't lie about that too like he did about everything else". He said that during a conversation in the Oval Office in early 2017, the President promised to reimburse him for payments Cohen had made to Daniels in exchange for her silence about an alleged affair with Trump.

He repeatedly said he was remorseful for the crimes he committed.

"Good luck on your road to redemption", said Rep. Mark DeSaulnier, D-Calif., at one point. He said he once had a "wonderful life" and now has "lost it all".

"I am not protecting Mr. Trump anymore", Cohen declared.

Trump's children emerged as key figures in a plan to build a Trump Tower in Moscow and as their father's top defenders.

Cohen's testimony, dramatic as it may have been, is unlikely to sway the political calculus of impeachment.

The White House and many Republicans have cast Cohen, 52, as an opportunistic liar.
