"We are grateful to those who have come forward and remain deeply concerned for anyone who may have been affected by Dr. Strauss' actions", Drake said.
"All I can do is tell the truth and keep fighting for the folks back in the fourth district of OH, and doing what we told the American people we were going to do".

Not mentioned in the lawsuit was U.S. Representative Jim Jordan, a former wrestling coach at the university, who was accused earlier this month by several former student wrestlers of failing to stop the molestation even after being told about it.
The lawsuit, filed in district court Tuesday on behalf of an unnamed former Ohio State wrestler, says school officials stood by while the athletes were repeatedly "sexually abused, harassed, and molested" and "forced" to seek treatment from Strauss.
"The rampant sexual abuse and culture of sexual abuse was reported to Ohio State administrators and to the head of the athletic department", the complaint said.
Former student Steve Snyder-Hill says OSU kept records of his 1995 complaint. Snyder-Hill said he was told that Strauss denied his allegations. A spokeswoman there says Grace isn't commenting. He later moved to California, where he killed himself in 2005 at age 67. Former wrestlers say that Jordan was aware of Strauss' abuse, and did not take steps to prevent it.
Strauss' personnel file at Ohio State indicates he previously did research, taught or practiced medicine at Harvard University, Rutgers University, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Washington and the University of Hawaii. Strauss used this position of trust and authority to sexually abuse Plaintiff on multiple occasions, by engaging in acts that include, but are not limited to: "harassment and inappropriate touching during examinations, including regularly touching Plaintiff's genitals and breast areas, often at the same time, regularly measuring Plaintiff's scrotum, and taking photographs of Plaintiff".
