CBSE paper leak case: Delhi Police nabs three from HP

The Delhi Police Crime Branch team probing the leak of the CBSE Class XII economics paper Friday arrested three persons, including an economics and commerce teacher, from Himachal Pradesh's Una district.

According to Delhi Police's Special Commissioner R P Upadhyaya, Rakesh Kumar was working as a teacher in the school since 2010 and had been made the Central Superintendent of CBSE Examination Centre in Una, where he was responsible of conducting the board examinations in at least three schools including Jawahar Narvodya School for the last three years.

On March 30, Union Education Secretary Anil Swarup had said that the CBSE re-exam for the Class 12 economics paper will be held on 25 April but a decision on the CBSE re-exam for the Class 10 maths paper would be taken later.

The Spurs' medical staff has been present for both of Leonard's extended stays in NY to stay updated on his progress. Leonard, 26, is a two-time All-NBA first-team selection and was named Defensive Player of the Year in 2015 and 2016.

Investigation into the case had revealed that the paper was leaked in handwritten form. He also picked up a bundle of economics paper, Upadhayay said. Along with the Computer Science papers, he also allegedly picked up the Economics question papers. "We are questioning the trio to see if they took money while spreading the question paper further". The SIT has interrogated over seventy people, including "WhatsApp" admins, school teachers, ground staff, students and others in connection with the leak.

The three persons were arrested by the Crime Branch of Delhi police, a police official said.

All the deleted conversation was revived to help crack the case, he said.
