Delhi chief secretary Anshu Prakash today alleged that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislators physically assaulted him at chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence yesterday, reported Times Now.

Aam Admi Party, on the other hand, has called the allegations baseless.

It implored Lt. Governor Anil Baijal and the Government of India to take expeditious action against the MLAs. MLAs were under tremendous pressure from public.

Calling the incident, that unfolded at Kejriwal's resident, "an act of Urban Naxalism", Delhi BJP chief Manoj Tiwari sought the CM's resignation and a high-level inquiry against him.
