As per a statement from the family, the music manager died after going into cardiac arrest.

Feldstein also negotiated Adam Levine's coaching role on NBC's "The Voice". Feldstein's company, Career Artist Management, also managed performers like Robin Thicke, Sara Bareilles, Big Boi, Iggy Azalea, Miguel, Rick Springfield and the B-52s.

A representative for the Los Angeles Coroner's office told PEOPLE police are investigating Jordan's death as a possible accident.

Feldstein served as Maroon 5's music manager for more than 15 years. He and Levine he been friends since childhood. The management company shaped Sara Bareilles's earliest career moves, and was exclusively responsible for Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines album, as THR generously points out. The family plans to announce a charity where donations can be made in Feldstein's name.
