'Las Vegas gunman wired thousands to Philippines days before attack'

After a gunman fired from windows in the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino at the Route 91 Harvest music festival in Las Vegas guitarist Caleb Keeter who was on stage Sunday is calling for gun control

October 4, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) - Marilou Danley, the girlfriend of Las Vegas mass shooter Stephen Paddock, says she knew nothing of his deadly plan.

A table outside the room believed to have been used by Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock in a photo published Tuesday.

"The woman said Danley is "a good person" who would've stopped Paddock had she been there".

She added that "it never occurred to me in any way whatsoever that he was planning violence against anyone".

Authorities are grasping to find a motive for Paddock, a 64-year-old retiree and high-stakes gambler. Paddock killed 59 people. "There's now an open and ongoing law enforcement investigation, a motive is yet to be determined and it would be premature for us to discuss policy when we don't fully know all the facts or what took place last night".

Sunday night's shooting spree in Las Vegas was meticulously planned for some time, the Clark County sheriff said Tuesday, expressing frustration that no one appeared to have noticed the gunman's unusual actions and alerted authorities.

Oil Price Rises To $57 …As OPEC Plans Output Cuts
The U.S. government on Wednesday announced a build of 4.6 million barrels for the week ended September 15. Russian Federation says no decision about the oil deal extension is expected before January.

"I was grateful, but honestly, I was anxious, that first, the unexpected trip home, and then the money, was a way of breaking up with me", the woman said in her statement.

Danley said she had voluntarily flown back to the United States because she knew investigators wanted to talk to her. "So unnecessary. Who can believe what happened to Las Vegas?".

Marilou Danley has now returned to the U.S. and is being questioned by Federal Bureau of Investigation agents.

Where other mass killers have left behind a trail of plain-sight clues that help investigators quickly understand what drove them to violence, Paddock, 64, had almost no close friends, social media presence or other clear connections to the broader world.

But Eric Paddock said his brother had led an otherwise normal life. They are investigating whether those stocks were used to modify weapons used in the massacre, according to the officials, who were briefed by law enforcement and spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is still unfolding.

President Donald Trump says it's a "sad day" as he departs the White House to meet with first responders and the victims of the mass shooting in Las Vegas.

Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny released after being detained ahead of rallies
Navalny wrote on his Instagram page that he had been detained near his home and was being taken to the Danylovsky department of the Interior Ministry.

"This replacement shoulder stock turns a semi-automatic rifle into a weapon that can fire at a rate of 400 to 800 rounds per minute", she said. Still, the sister left open the possibility that the interview would be helpful to investigators.

"No one can put the puzzles together. Only Marilou can maybe help", she said.

At this time, it is unknown whether the money was intended for Danley, her family, or for another objective.

Marilou Danley's lawyer said Wednesday she plans to cooperate fully with the investigation of her boyfriend Stephen Paddock.

She is not under arrest or now facing any charges.

Snyder said authorities wouldn't get notified of the purchase of rifles, but would get notified if there was a multiple sale of two or more handguns in one purchase.
