Woman Arrested in 27-Year-Old Clown Murder Cold Case

Relatives told The Palm Beach Post in 2000 that Marlene Warren, who was 40 when she died, suspected her husband was having an affair and wanted to leave him.

"They notified me last night she was going to be arrested", Sessa told ABC News, referring to 54-year-old Sheila Keen Warren, who was taken into custody Tuesday. The clown pulled out a gun, shot Marlene Warren in the face, calmly walked back to the auto and drove away, according to officials. "As she went to take the flowers and balloons, the clown shot her".

A new investigation into the killer clown case was launched - and this time, advances in DNA technology provided detectives with sufficient evidence, and they arrested Sheila Keen.

Now, nearly three decades later, authorities say they have arrested the clown: a woman who was said to be having an affair with Warren's husband and, years after the killing, married him. After detectives began re-contacting witnesses and conducting fresh DNA analyses, investigators learned that Keen and Warren had been married for over ten years and were living in Tennessee where they had been operating a restaurant together.

Detectives haven't said whether Michael Warren was involved in his former wife's death.

In terms of the broader markets, the S&P BSE mid-cap index was lower by 0.07 per cent and the small-cap index by 0.14 per cent. ICICI Bank fell as much as 1.2 percent and Bharat Petroleum declined up to 2.8 percent after two straight sessions of gain.

After his arrest, Dodjim reportedly admitted that they all had alcohol and another man he identified as "Nash" had sex with the girl, but said he himself was "too drunk" and denied assaulting her.

Marlene Warren also thought there was another woman.

She is being held at Washington County Jail in Virginia. Shirley Twing is Marlene's mother and says, "she was outgoing, she liked people".

The person dressed as the clown was carrying a flower arrangement and two balloons. "Just because you can point the finger doesn't mean you got enough to convict them". Keen is accused of killing her husband's ex-wife, Marlene Warren.

Without the new evidence, they likely would not have been able to convince a jury of Keen Warren's guilt, they said.

Over 134000 fleeing home as Bali volcano may erupt at any moment
The Manaro Voui volacano in Vanuatu in the South Pacific Ocean and Mount Agung in eastern Bali could both erupt in any time. The alert status of Agung was raised to the highest level on Friday following a dramatic increase in seismic activity.

Authorities initially suspected Michael Warren, the victim's husband, who in the course of the investigation was arrested on various charges related to his vehicle rental agency, including odometer tampering, grand theft, and racketeering-a side story that adds an extra soupçon of "what the FUCK" to an already bananas tale.

"I know we presented the case, and we had ongoing meetings with assistant state attorneys and it was always, 'Go back and get more, '" Williams said.

"I feel like crying now, but I'm glad it's over". Bill Twing says, "you do something and it jogs a memory, and it brings it forward".
